Questions
Are these the same Kling and Seedance models?
Yes. We run the official models from Kuaishou and ByteDance. The model name on each clip is the model that made it.
What happens if a clip fails?
If a clip errors, gets blocked, or comes back empty, the credits go back to your balance on their own. You don’t need to ask.
Do you have camera presets?
No preset library. You write the move in the prompt: “slow push-in”, “orbit left”, “drone rises”. Kling and Veo follow it well.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings, in two clicks. Nothing renews into a bigger plan.
