Response time
We aim to respond within one business day, Monday–Friday (Pacific Time). Refund requests and account-access issues are prioritized; for those you can usually expect a same-day reply.
Billing
Subscription and credit-pack payments are processed by Stripe. If your card was charged unexpectedly, email [email protected] and we will issue a refund directly — please do not file a chargeback before contacting us.
Content takedowns
If you believe content generated or stored on Mintdreamer infringes your rights or violates our Terms of Service (e.g., impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, copyright), email [email protected] with the URL or content identifier and a description of the issue. Verified takedowns are actioned within 24 hours.
