What is a credit?
1 credit = $0.01 retail value. Different models cost different credits — fast open-source models cost ~2 credits per image, mid-tier image models up to 10, premium image models 12–42, and video clips 24–400 credits per 5 seconds. The exact cost is shown next to every model before you generate.
Which models does each plan include?
Models fall into two groups. Non-premium models — every fast and mid-tier image model up to 10 credits (Flux Schnell, Klein, SDXL, Flux 1.1 Pro, Seedream 4) — are available on Free and Hobby. Premium models — the highest-end image models (Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Kontext Max) and all video (Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance) — unlock on Starter and every plan above it. Video generation requires Starter or higher. Each model shows its credit cost before you generate.
If Starter unlocks every premium model, why pay for Pro or Studio?
Starter, Pro and Studio all unlock the exact same full model library. They differ by monthly credit allowance (3,000 / 10,000 / 20,000) and perks: Pro and Studio add faster queue priority, and Studio includes a signed commercial-use certificate. Pick the tier by how much you generate per month, not by which models you need.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Upgrading mid-cycle adds the new tier’s allowance immediately, prorated by Stripe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Annual plans can switch tier mid-term; the new tier is rebilled for the remainder of the year.
What is the refund policy?
All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. After that, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund of unused months.
Can I use the outputs commercially?
Yes — every paid tier (Hobby and up) includes a commercial license. Studio additionally provides a signed PDF commercial-use certificate suitable for enterprise compliance review.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Upgrade to the next tier anytime for a larger monthly allowance — Stripe prorates the difference and the new credits land immediately. Your balance also resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Do you train on my generations?
No. Your generations are private to your account and never used to train models. Outputs are stored on your own asset library; you can delete them anytime.
